Catering firm Silverspoon and interior-design firm Obumex have a prior history. Together they developed a mobile cooking block called the Mini Chef: as functional as a star kitchen, as maneuverable as a golf cart. That the managers chose an expressive Breccia Viola marble for their cooking show kitchen is also hardly a surprise. It has got to be the ‘fleshiest’ marble in the whole world.
